Your talent

• You’re young and unbound.
• You’ve preferably studied Tourism (or equal).
• You speak at least 3 languages (of which English and Spanish are necessary).
• You have an impeccable appearance.
• You always treat with your clients in a friendly and correct manner.

The Career Plan

• During 3 years you will work in all the different departments within the hotel chain.
• The goal is to develop your career, and to be be offered a middle position in the department where you fit in the best.

Conditions

• Learning- or training contract directly with the Hotel.
• 6 months accommodation included (shared with colleagues).
• 40h/week. Different working times depending on each department.
• The candidate with the best results will be able to study a MASTER´S DEGREE at the University of Tenerife!
